The hotel is in a fantastic location at the heart of Manhattan, close to everything you'd want to do in New York. The service was top-notch with a welcoming receptionist who fixed my reservation at night shift. However, the dining experience fell short with limited options even though the homemade biscuits were a nice touch. The clean rooms lacked some attention, especially on the upper floors, but the supplied four bottles of water were a thoughtful addition.
